WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

I offer dog boarding (overnight stays), daycare, and drop in visits.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

I am located in the Clairemont/Bay Ho neighborhood of San Diego.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF AVAILABILITY?

Generally 7am - 8pm. If you need an earlier or later drop off/pick-up time, just let me know, I am happy to accommodate when possible.

HOW MANY DOGS DO YOU TAKE AT ONE TIME?

To keep things personal and fun, I limit my group to 2 to 3 visiting dogs at a time. There are the occasions there will be 4, but this is usually only due to overlap in drop offs/pick ups or other extenuating situations.

I insure every dog receives the care, attention, and playtime they deserve.

I have a firm policy to not take two new dogs at once, and I require a meet-and-greet before any first visit. It’s a quick visit that allows me to get to know your dog and introduce them to mine, ensuring a great fit for everyone.

DO YOU ACCEPT ALL DOG BREEDS, SIZES, AND AGES?

Yes. I believe all dogs are good dogs. However, not every dog is the right fit for my home environment, and I reserve the right to decline dogs I don’t believe will thrive here.

WHERE WILL MY DOG STAY WHEN AT YOUR HOME?

Wherever they’d like! It’s their house, I just live here :) Dogs are welcome inside/outside as they please!

Inside they’ll have access to the couch or can relax on any of the many dog beds throughout the house and backyard.

When I’m home, they have access to a fully fenced backyard, and water is available at all times.

For sleep, they can sleep anywhere their heart desires, including my bed!

DO YOU HAVE A YARD OR OUTDOOR SPACE?

Yes! I have a large backyard that’s fully enclosed with a 6-foot fence and covered in turf, perfect for lounging or zoomies.

IS SOMEONE HOME WITH THE DOGS ALL DAY?

I’m home most of the time but do occasionally leave for workouts, errands, or dinner. Your pup will never be left for long and I have cameras to check in at anytime.

Do you crate dogs?

No, my home is cage-free unless requested by you, the pet parent.

I do not have crates available, so if your pup is crate-trained and that is their happy and safe place, please plan to send your pup with it.

DO YOU REQURE A MEET & GREET BEFORE THE FIRST BOOKING?

Yes, all first-time visitors must schedule a meet-and-greet. It helps me get to know your dog, ease any nerves, and make sure everyone, humans and dogs, feels good about the stay.

WHAT VACCINATIONS DOES MY DOG NEED TO STAY WITH YOU?

• Dogs must be up-to-date on their rabies vaccination.

• It’s strongly encouraged that dogs are also current on Bordetella (kennel cough) and Leptospirosis.

• Flea and tick prevention is highly recommended.

• Please note: While I do my best to provide a clean, safe environment, I am not responsible if your dog is exposed to kennel cough or Lepto during their stay.

DO YOU ACCEPT LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS?

Yes, if I have availability. For new clients, a meet-and-greet is still required before confirming the booking.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING FOR MY DOG’S STAY?

The only required items are their food and leash!

Optional items include:

• Crate: If your dog uses a crate at home, please send it with them. I do not provide crates.

• Dog bed/blanket: You’re welcome to bring these if they provide comfort, though most dogs are happy with the beds provided.

• Feeding bowl: Especially if they use a slow feeder or another specific type.

• Treats: If your dog has dietary restrictions or allergies, please send their treats. Otherwise, I have plenty to share.

  Please leave toys at home, they often go missing or get chewed. I have more than enough for all visitors!

HOW OFTEN WILL MY DOG BE WALKED OR EXERCISED?

I’ll do my best to match your dog’s normal activity level. Whether they’re a high-energy adventurer or a laid-back napper, I’ll tailor their stay to suit them. I’ll gather all this info during the meet-and-greet.

CAN YOU GIVE MEDICATIONS OR FOLLOW SPECIAL CARE INSTRUCTIONS?

Absolutely. I can administer medication, follow feeding instructions, and accommodate most special care needs to keep your dog happy and healthy.

CAN YOU SEPARATE DOGS IF THEY DON’T GET ALONG?

Yes. My home has baby gates that allow me to create up to three separate areas, so dogs can have their own space if needed.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

I ask for at least 72 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled stay are subject to a $100 fee.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle.

WILL I GET PHOTOS AND UPDATES DURING MY DOG’S STAY?

Yes! I send daily updates with photos and videos so you can see how much fun your pup is having.

DO YOU OFFER GROOMING OR BATHING SERVICES?

Not at this time.
